11 Months!

You're almost 1! We can't even believe it! You are becoming less of a "baby" every day. We are so proud of you!!!

Here's the latest and greatest from this month:

- You are ALMOST fully walking. You'll take a step (maybe two) by yourself, but you still prefer to hold on to something when you do your walking. You love walking with your shopping cart or pushing your music table across the room. One of my new FAVORITE moments of all time happened two days ago when I put one finger down and you held my finger and we walked side by side together. It was amazing. I'll never forget it.

- You began drinking whole milk out of a sippy cup! You LOVE it!

- You are a mimicking queen! We can literally see you processing how things are done and then you do it right after. The other day you were waving at the TV and I looked up to see a ship full of people waving goodbye from the ship to the people on the dock (Titanic). It was too cute! We show you new toys and how to use them and you pick up on them right away. And if you don't get it the first time, you keep going until you get it right. You are very determined!

- You now have 5 teeth and the 6th is not far behind. The top right tooth was a tough one!! You really felt that one for a couple days. Poor thing. It seemed like that one tiny tooth was harder on you than the other 4 combined!

- You are still a little love. Every once in a while you will just climb up on one of us and give us a kiss or a hug. WE LOVE IT!

- You are still very busy. Your new favorite thing to explore is the cupboards. You love to stand, open the cabinets and try to pull out anything you can get your hands on. You love playing with the bowls!

- You HATE Santa!

- You had a HUGE growth spurt this month. Three weeks ago I had to roll your bootcut and skinny jeans a good inch so you could wear them (18-24 mos). I now no longer have to roll them at all!!! I can't wait to get in to see how tall you are at your 1 year appointment.

You continue to amaze us every day. Thanks for being you. We love you so much! You are going to be 1 soon! Wahoo! We love love love love you!
