It was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day today. It is one of those amazing Washington fall days where the sun is shining, the air is crisp, the smell of chimney smoke is in the air, all the leaves are falling, the mountains have snow on their peaks and there is nothing better to do than sleep in and take a long walk and breathe it in.
Wes, Sammie and I went on a long walk today. We walked to the little town in our neighborhood and sat outside for lunch. It was so nice. Days like these make me thankful to live in such a beautiful area.

I miss days like that!! It is getting cooler here, but not like up there!! I miss fleece jackets and warm fires!!! ;)
