My Big Girl is THREE!!!!!!

She's three. Oh My Gosh...She's three.

These pictures are perfect. She literally lives her life wearing undies only (as long as she's at home). The shirt and the boots were just an added bonus. This girl would be naked (with undies) 24-7 if she could.

I love this girl. She's so fun and definitely her OWN person!

She's doing laps in these pics showing off her boots.

Our beautiful three year old turned three last Friday! Lucky for her (or maybe not so lucky), she got to share her birthday with moving day! haha! It was a crazy busy day but we made sure to stop and take some time to do a little cake and birthday time that night! We'll be doing a birthday make-up session this weekend! :) She won't know the difference. ;)

We had Dag Rune, Katrina and Kaia over that night and when I answered the door I almost fell over when I realized both girls were literally wearing the EXACT same outfits. Not planned. Everything all the way down the the bow! Isn't that crazy????

They sure do love each other. Liv wouldn't want to celebrate her bday with anyone else!

The whole fam on Liv's day!

Here's a little bit about our Olivia Grace:
- Height: 39.5" (95th percentile)
- Weight: 35 lbs (75th percentile)
- BMI: 15.7 (50th percentile)
- She's such a funny girl. She loves being silly, getting tickled and being startled or scared (she loves it when Wes jumps out in front of her from around the corner).
- She has a very quirky personality. She's goofy.
- She is in a major DADDY phase. He has to do everything for her. If he's around, I'm not allowed to do ANYTHING!!!!
- She's still a great sleeper. She sleeps from 8:30/9 (sometimes she doesn't fall asleep until 10) to 8:30/9. and takes a good nap 2-3 days a week on average. The other days she spends nap time playing very loudly in her room!
- She has an uncanny ability to memorize the words in the movies. She can recite the lines of Nemo and Rio from beginning to end. Every line. Every movement (which she also does). She likes to watch the movies with the action figures and do the parts as she's watching them. Her favorite thing to play these days is with her little action figures from the movies. She does all the parts (and voices) without the movie even being on...literally every line.
- She's definitely showing her "three year old attitude" these days. My laid back girl has decided to become somewhat dramatic and requires things to be done in very specific ways. If it's not done the way she wants it, there may be a tantrum or some tears in her future. She's a feisty one! Wonder where she gets that? haha
- She's still rather shy to outsiders. She's definitely not the kid to go up and talk to anyone. She'll smile and look down in a sweet, shy way. She also still doesn't love the spotlight. She's completely content playing quietly by herself. She doesn't like us to praise her overly loud or crazy. She likes us to keep it simple and not over the top (which is really hard for me as I grew up liking the exact opposite).
- She can be so very sweet and tells us she loves us more.
- She LOVES her baby sister and is very protective of her. She doesn't like it when other people talk to her (she even got really upset when a dog sniffed her once!). She's always excited to see her and likes it when Colette grabs her hair or face and pulls her in.
- She's in a no eating phase this week. This girl will crush food for a week or two and then barely eat anything for a week or so! I know it's normal but it stresses me out! Still doesn't like veggies either.
- She loves saying her prayers at night. She can recite the lord's prayer and our prayer where we thank God for all our friends and family (she lists over 14 people) word for word. It's so funny because if she's acting out before bed, we threaten her with going to be with no prayers and she stops what she's doing because she would hate that!
- She LOVES taking baths. She will play until the water is FREEZING cold and that's only because we make her get out. She'd keep playing.
- Her favorite foods are cereal bars, fruit snacks, green juice (those organic fruit/veggie pouches), eggs/toast (with strawberry jam), pizza and pasta.
- She starts preschool (montessori) in March! I think she's going to love it. She loves learning new things and is always intrigued by other kids and how they play. I'm excited for her to experience new things and hopefully learn to come out of her shell a bit around others.
- She LOVES spending time with all her grandparents!
- Her favorite person on earth is Kaia. She gets SOOOOO excited every time she sees her. They immediately run up to each other, scream each others' names, hug and grab hands and run off to play together. It's seriously adorable. I need to film it.

She's our girl! We love her and are so lucky to call her ours. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
