Katrina and I decided to take the girls on a hike to Twin Falls last week. OMG. Remind me to bring Wes the next time I decide to go on a hike. That backpack was HEAVY!!! OMG. My shoulders were KILLING ME!!! After the first half hour my shoulders went numb and we had a very pleasant hike. Liv was SO HAPPY the whole time. She sang and pointed to all the trees and water. Great workout!
The falls were beautiful!
