Happy Birthday Sam!

Haha. I know. It's weird to blog about my dog's birthday. But hey, I don't have kids yet so she's it! LOL

Sam was born three years ago today. She is lucky to share her big day with Katrina too!

I thought I would take this opportunity to write about some of Sammie's quirks.

- She tilts her head side to side when you talk to her and ask her questions.
- She knows the name of each one of her toys and will look throughout the house to find it once we ask her where it is
- She can sit, shake, do "high ten" and can speak
- She LOVES playing with her dad. They play hide and go seek! (Again, no kids to play with. LOL)
- She LOVES her grandpartents. My mom calls Sam her Granddogger. And Grandma money (Wes' mom) is always there for kisses and treats!
- She is a woman of leisure and HIDES when she sees me or Wes put running clothes on
- She is terrified of loud noises including but not limited to alarms, blenders, vacuums, etc.
- She has a boyfriend named Bjorn. When she hears his name she FREAKS out and cries until we go see him next door.
- When she eats (dog bowl in the pantry), she takes a bite, holds it in her mouth, and walks out into the kitchen to chew it so she doesn't miss a thing and can "keep an eye on things." It tends to take her a while to eat considering she takes about 5-10 steps for each bite! LOL
- When she is upstairs and hears someone come in the house. You hear a LOUD, MEAN sounding bark. Then if you go to the stairs to look up, you will see one eye peaking around the corner making sure she isn't scared of you before she runs down to say hi. haha. Such a wuss!
- She loves banana but will only eat it over the carpet. She will hold it in her mouth and run from our hardwoods to the carpet before she chews.

I could go on and on. Our pup is a pretty interesting character! We love that though. She fits in well! haha.
