The Haaabaaah (Harbor) is beautiful in Baaaston (in a Boston accent)

I need to start this out by saying that Boston is now in my top 5 for favorite cities. This place is beautiful! The people are hilarious, LOUD, talkative and very welcoming. It's perfect!

The scenery is amazing. Just flying into Boston you can see a plethera of leafy green trees that are starting to change to oranges and reds, hundreds of white sailboats in the harbors, amazing lighthouses, brick buildings everywhere, and on top of that, so much history!

My entire office flew out here for our big annual client conference that includes the UK, New York, and Boston offices as well as all of our clients. So far, the conference has been amazing. People are actually becoming really inspired (including me) from the speakers and the team work involved in an event like this.

Last night the Seattle office took all of our clients out to an Italian restaurant called, Limoncello (http://www.ristorantelimoncello.com/), located in their little Italy district on the Freedom Trail. The food was AMAZING! Six courses of perfection. The scallops were HUGE, the pasta was all handmade, and wine was perfectly matched. We were in heaven. The waiters and owners were hilarious. They all had VERY strong Italian/Boston accents and were literally out of the show Sopranos. One of the owners (check out his pic in the about us section of the above URL) was a big tough guy, very nice, but definitely wouldn't want to be on his bad side. We ended up closing the restaurant down and by the end of the night, he brought in this TINY dog named Toni. It was hilarius. This BIG, tough guy carrying this TEENY TINY girly dog. She was ADORABLE. I basically stole her through the dessert course. It made me miss my Sam! :) She was precious.




After dinner, we did a little sight seeing. Paul Revere's house was next door to the restaurant! We took some pics and headed out for a night on the town. We ended up at this tiny bar that we basically took over. It was so much fun. Our clients were having a blast and everyone was in a great mood. Too bad we had to wake up at 6:45 this morning. Which, by the way, feels like 3:45 to us West-coasters. We got back to the hotel around 1:30 AM, got as much sleep as we could, and were up bright and early to start the day.




Our conference is taking place at the World Trade Center here in Boston (pic below). It is amazing. All of our rooms are ON the harbor with the incredible views of the boats and the city skyline. I am loving this!








Tonight should be a good night. We have our big client appreciation dinner. We are taking boats through Boston Harbor to the Charestown Navy Yard where we are going to have a big, tented event that includes a traditional New England clam bake with Maine lobster, tours of the warships (oldest ships afloat still in commission), live entertainment and open bar! It's amazing how much the clients take advantage of that bar. We literally had a client fall asleep at the dinner table last night! LOL! Should be a good time!

Tommorow we have a half day and then we are off to get in as much sight seeing as possible. I am DYING to see Bromfield Street. Check back for pics!
