My aunt and uncle were kind enough to offer up their condo on Lake Chelan for a long weekend and we JUMPED at the chance! My mom and Ken were already going and when I saw that the forecast included rain where we live, we called them up and said we'd be joining them in the sun!
Ready to hit the road! Blue skies here we come!
We tend to eat REALLY good (and by GOOD I mean HORRIBLE FOR YOU) food when we do road trips. This is one of our favorite burger spots in Wenatchee. We had a great lunch sitting outside in the warm breeze with a giant, greasy pile of goodness!
As soon as we got there, Liv wanted to go outside. In fact, ALL SHE DID ALL WEEKEND was ask to go outside. We were HAPPY to oblige! She had such a great time playing in the sand with her shovel (sho sho) and bucket (buck). She could LITERALLY do this for hours...and did!
We spent Saturday walking around town, shopping, eating lunch and enjoying the beautiful weather from a beautiful winery.

She was dancing around to the music they were playing and doing peek-a-boo behind this pillar.
After lunch she climbed up for some snuggle time. I've noticed she's gotten more snuggly lately. It's like she knows everything is about to change with the new baby coming. She'll kiss my belly and talk about her "baby sisser". She likes to snuggle RIGHT ON the belly and say, "I love (LA) you mama". Melts my heart every time. It makes me feel so sad that she's not my little baby anymore! It's so crazy how old she's getting!!!!
This winery had a gorgeous view! We spent some time playing on their lawn and relaxing. The scenery was so great that I didn't even mind hanging out and relaxing while the group tasted the wines!
After our day out we spent the evening in Liv's favorite place...the beach.
She got lots of quality time with Ga Ga and Ba Ba.

26 weeks preggers! Getting bigger by the minute!!!
My poor mom walked Liv down this huge hill so she could "ride" in the car. Great workout Ga Ga!
Liv LOVES her letters right now. You could point to any letter in the alphabet and she can tell you what it is and a word that starts with that letter. She's still in the process of mastering the ABC song itself. It's adorable. She sings in ALL DAY LONG to herself. She's a little camera shy in this video, but she usually ends the song with her arms stretched straight out and holds the "meeeeeeeeeeee" a really long time while shaking her head. Makes me smile.

We were having so much fun that we decided to stay an extra day/night! What a perfect 4 day weekend.
As always, Chelan was perfection. It was probably our last trip there as a family of three! We can't wait to share this place with our TWO girls this fall.
